Ozarks and Delta
Northwest Arkansas and the Ozarks have hills, rocky ground, and winters that can bring ice and some snow. The Delta in the east is flat farmland with heavy clay soils. Across the state, spring storms bring strong wind, and summers are hot and humid.
On rocky Ozark lots, site prep and getting footers to the right depth take planning. On Delta clay, it is about managing soil movement and drainage. Either way, every building we sell is certified for local wind and snow loads, with engineered drawings available.

County rules vary
Arkansas counties range from very few permit requirements in rural areas to full review in growing cities. Setbacks, floodplain rules, and frost depth for footers all vary. Call your county or city building office before you order.
Rent-to-own details
Enclosed buildings qualify for rent-to-own with 15% down. Payments run about 25% lower than typical rent-to-own programs, and you get 90 days same as cash from the day the building is physically delivered. Open carports are not eligible. If you are on the fence between a carport and an enclosed building, that may help you decide.

We travel for the right job. Hilly and rocky sites need extra prep, so send photos and your county and we will talk it through.
Can I hire you just for the building?
Yes. We can quote the building only if you already have a slab or a local concrete contractor. Turnkey is also available.
