Enclosed vs. Open
An open carport is the lowest-cost way to cover a boat or RV, but it is not eligible for rent-to-own. Enclosing the building keeps out weather and critters and opens up rent-to-own terms. Our size guide can help you size a building for a boat on a trailer.

Rent-to-Own Terms
Not ready to pay for the whole building up front? Our rent-to-own program starts with 15% down, and the monthly payments run about 25% lower than typical rent-to-own programs. You also get 90 days same as cash, and that clock starts the day the building is physically delivered. Enclosed garages, shops, and boat buildings qualify. Open carports are not eligible for rent-to-own.
Permits in Pulaski County
Every county handles permits a little differently, and setbacks, frost depth, and wind and snow requirements are set locally. Before we pour anything, check with the Pulaski County building office about what your building needs. We can supply engineered drawings for the permit packet, and we will work around whatever the inspector asks for.
