Rent-to-Own Terms
Not ready to pay for the whole building up front? Our rent-to-own program starts with 15% down, and the monthly payments run about 25% lower than typical rent-to-own programs. You also get 90 days same as cash, and that clock starts the day the building is physically delivered. Enclosed garages, shops, and barns qualify. Open carports are not eligible for rent-to-own.
Permits in Dickenson County
Every county handles permits a little differently, and setbacks, frost depth, and wind and snow requirements are set locally. Before we pour anything, check with the Dickenson County building office about what your building needs. We can supply engineered drawings for the permit packet, and we will work around whatever the inspector asks for.
