Concrete and Building in One Job
We start with a site review, then handle site prep, footers, and a 4-inch slab. After that, the building is delivered, set, anchored, and checked before we leave. Concrete is quoted separately. For payments, it is 10% of the job subtotal at signing (non-refundable), 35% of the remaining balance at footer pour, and 65% at slab pour. Details are on our concrete page.
Rent-to-Own Terms
Not ready to pay for the whole building up front? Our rent-to-own program starts with 15% down, and the monthly payments run about 25% lower than typical rent-to-own programs. You also get 90 days same as cash, and that clock starts the day the building is physically delivered. Enclosed buildings qualify. Open carports are not eligible for rent-to-own.
Permits in Carroll County
Every county handles permits a little differently, and setbacks, frost depth, and wind and snow requirements are set locally. Before we pour anything, check with the Carroll County building office about what your building needs. We can supply engineered drawings for the permit packet, and we will work around whatever the inspector asks for.
