Rent-to-own down payment
Enter the building price from your quote. Our program is 15% down, monthly payments about 25% lower than typical rent-to-own programs, and 90 days same as cash from delivery. Open carports are not eligible.
Your exact monthly payment depends on the building and term. Ask us and we will send it side by side with the cash price.
Price lock deposit
A 15% deposit locks your quoted building price until spring, so a price increase before your build date is not your problem.
Concrete payment schedule
Concrete is quoted separately from the building. Enter the concrete job subtotal from your quote.
The 10% due at signing is non-refundable. Sales tax, if it applies, is shown on your work order.
Slab concrete estimator
Rough cubic yards for a slab. Footers, thickened edges and waste are extra, so your real order will be higher. We figure the exact amount when we quote.
